We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to support a team in the Middlesex / Hertfordshire region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader / dynamic team delivering high-quality technical services and customer support.

The Candidate

To be considered for the position you must have strong experience within the office equipment industry as a field service engineer with experience carrying out service, repair and maintenance on MFD and / or PPD equipment. It is essential that you are self-motivated, have excellent customer service skills & a flexible approach.

You must also have the following:

• Ideally up to date manufacture training on MFDs / PPD Print Production
• Networking capabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair on MFDs/MFPs/Print / PPD Photocopier devices
• Carry out installations as and when
• Escalate technical issues promptly to minimise equipment downtime.
• Identify and report additional business opportunities during service visits.
• Support customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Manage vehicle stock to improve first-time fix rates and reduce losses.
