Photocopier Field Service Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical support within SLA timeframes
  • Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and modifications
  • Assist with equipment installations
  • Understand and adhere to SLAs for assigned accounts
  • Carry out basic fault finding across managed print solutions
  • Provide cover for colleagues during absence or peak periods
  • Log service calls accurately and promptly
  • Report recurring faults to enable proactive resolution
  • Share technical expertise with team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Manage boot stock and site stock levels effectively
  • Attend product training courses to maintain technical proficiency
