Role: Photocopier Field Service Engineer Location: Greater Manchester

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional service levels to clients at all times.
* Respond promptly and arrive at client sites within set SLA response times.
* Repair reported mechanical and IT issues on devices, and perform regular scheduled preventative maintenance.
* Stay updated with all service bulletins.
* Network equipment, including scanning and document management solutions, on all new multi-functional devices sold.
* Manage all parts stock.
* Provide remote technical phone support to clients, attempting to resolve issues by phone.
* Efficient time management and the ability to learn quickly with hands-on training are essential.

Package:

* Up to £32,000
* 23 days of holiday (increasing by 1 day per year to a maximum of 28 days), plus bank holidays
