Max Spielmann, part of the Timpson Group, is looking for a Sales Assistant in Luton. This permanent, full-time role involves 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends with overtime when trained. Starting salary £26,520 per year, rising to £26,624 after a trial, plus uncapped bonus.

Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed. You’ll deliver photography-related services, help customers, and meet new people daily in a thriving high street store.

Role: Sales Assistant

Location: Luton, Arndale Centre

Permanent |Full Time

Hours: 40 hours over 5 days including weekends with some overtime available when trained.

Pay: Starting at £26,520 per annum increasing to £26,624 per annum following a successful trial period. Plus uncapped bonus.

You'll use your initiative, creativity, and excellent customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back.

Depending on the role, you'll operate branches across Luton and the surrounding areas, giving you variety and the opportunity to meet new people every day.
