Job description

Photo Representative – Full Time (London)

Build & Lead Our Artist Representation Division

Company Overview : We are a creative production company working at the intersection of fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, and culture.

Originally founded in New York, we are expanding our European presence and establishing a dedicated base in London — a global hub for fashion, creativity, and culture.

We partner with leading international brands, emerging designers, and top creative teams to produce elevated visual content.

As we scale, we are building a dedicated Artist Representation division to support and elevate photographers, directors, and multidisciplinary image-makers shaping contemporary visual storytelling.

We are seeking an experienced, well-connected Photo Rep in London to play a foundational role in this next chapter.

Position Overview

You are deeply embedded in London’s creative ecosystem — from luxury houses and creative agencies to top stylists, editors, and producers. You have a proven history of representing talent, securing high-level opportunities, and nurturing long-term partnerships. This role combines talent representation, business development, and strategic brand building. You will help define the roster, shape artist careers, and build this department from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships across luxury brands, fashion houses, creative agencies, production companies, and editorial teams.
  • Represent and advocate for our artists — securing campaigns, editorial commissions, commercial content, motion projects, and cultural collaborations.
  • Identify and onboard new talent aligned with our creative vision.
  • Lead pricing strategy, deal negotiation, and contract discussions.
  • Drive consistent outreach: portfolios, decks, newsletters, and client updates.
  • Manage artist calendars, holds, and project communications.
  • Provide career development guidance: positioning, portfolio strategy, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with our production and post teams to ensure smooth execution of booked work.
  • Maintain CRM, pipeline tracking, and relationship logs.
  • Attend industry events, fashion weeks, exhibitions, dinners, and key cultural moments in London and Europe.
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years as a Photo Rep / Agent or senior talent representation role within a creative, production, or editorial environment.
  • Established network across fashion, beauty, luxury, editorial, and advertising communities — particularly in London (European / global network a plus).
  • Track record of securing bookings and driving artist growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or scale an artist roster.
  • Deep understanding of visual culture, luxury markets, and creative industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resourceful — energised by growth‑stage environments.
  • Highly organised, detail‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Based in London with strong in‑person industry presence.
  • English fluency required; multilingual a plus.
What We Offer
  • The opportunity to build and lead our London representation division.
  • Competitive salary + performance‑based commission structure.
  • Strong production and post‑production infrastructure behind you.
  • The ability to curate and champion a forward‑thinking artist roster.
  • Creative, ambitious, and collaborative culture.
