Phone Sales Closer
Job Details
  • This is an in‑office position (not a remote opportunity)
  • Monday‑Friday: 7 am until last tech returns
  • Occasional Sundays
Responsibilities
  • Close all assigned turnover opportunities via phone with urgency, clarity, and confidence.
  • Drive sales using marketed leads, and on‑site technicians to attain a 40% minimum conversion rate.
  • Build multiple estimates using Service Titan.
  • Real‑time communication with management and production.
  • Ensure all required documents, drawings, and package presentations are uploaded to Slack.
  • Tag and finalize jobs correctly in Service Titan to ensure clean handoff and reporting.
  • Submit post‑close compliance checklists to complete the Sales‑to‑Production handoff.
  • Provide coaching and support to assigned opening field technicians.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven success in phone sales or closing.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive sales skills.
  • Ability to easily build trust and overcome objections.
  • Self‑motivated and competitive.
  • Knowledge of home services sales experience is a plus.
  • Must pass a background check.
