University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead the phlebotomy rota and provide day-to-day supervision across multiple sites in Staffordshire and Cheshire.

The successful candidate will have phlebotomy experience, be able to supervise a team, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Own transport for travel to clinics is essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at C grade or equivalent.
• Trained phlebotomist as mandatory.
• Desirable NVQ 3 in care-related field.

Responsabilités

• Based at Leighton, supervise the phlebotomy rota and deputise for the Phlebotomy Management Team as required.
• Experience in phlebotomy techniques is essential; supervisory experience advantageous.
• Good communication and attention to detail are required; travel to clinics may be needed.
