Job summary

Randox Health in Milton Keynes is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our clinic located at John Lewis, The Centre:mk. You will conduct blood and urine collection, perform data entry into our Patient Information System, and support clinical services in a fast-paced retail-health setting.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare or customer service experience, be IT savvy, and flexible to shifts, including evenings and weekends. Right to work in the UK without sponsorship is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment.
• Confident using IT programmes.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least once per month.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection and data entry into our PIS.
• Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
• Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation.
• Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
• Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
• Help with reception, front of house and other administrative duties.
• Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy in order to manage various software systems and daily tasks.
