Job summary

Randox Health in Exeter is seeking a Phlebotomist for a part-time, permanent role at our pop up clinic. You will collect blood samples from private and corporate clients, manage data in our patient information systems, and provide excellent customer service.

We require a Phlebotomy certificate or equivalent training, at least 6 months' experience, a valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK. Flexibility for evenings and weekends and occasional offsite work is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in Phlebotomy.
• Phlebotomy certificate or equivalent training.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK with no visa sponsorship.
• Experience in private healthcare setting.
• Experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take blood samples from private and corporate clients.
• Conduct client appointments and data entry into PIS.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Represent Randox Health at offsite events.
• Assist with reception and admin duties.
• Upsell and cross-sell at the private clinic.
• Ensure high IT literacy across multiple software systems.
