A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking enthusiastic qualified phlebotomists to join the Barts Outpatient Phlebotomy Team at St. Bartholomew Hospital. You will support the delivery of blood testing services, ensuring high standards of care for patients. The ideal candidate will have a U.K. phlebotomy certificate and experience in a clinical setting. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a diverse team.
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated qualified phlebotomists to join both our busy Barts Outpatient Phlebotomy Team at St. Bartholomew Hospital.You will support this team and site operations to ensure challenges are given responsive attention to effectively ensure the flow of blood tests is maintained, engaging with both our in-patients and out-patients, as well as external stakeholders

This role is vital in the delivery of operational performance of blood testing on all our patients that are in the hospital to have a blood testing to support ongoing treatments and diagnosis's. Supporting patient flow and support to other clinical colleagues and working with the site leadership team to perform to a very high standard. We require someone who is a team player, with excellent communication skills and who visibly enjoys the challenges that the Phlebotomy role provides. These individual qualities will provide the foundation for you to be part of one of the finest hospitals in London and make sure we are ready to give our patients the best care possible around the clock, 24 hours a day. St Bartholomew's Hospital hosts the London Heart Attack Centre and is a tertiary cancer referral centre for cancer for East London and North East Essex.
