Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct blood and urine sample collection during client appointments.
• Perform data entry into Patient Information Systems (PIS).
• Ensure informed consent with sensitive, clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records in PIS and upload documentation.
• Represent Randox Health professionally at offsite events.
• Support upselling opportunities at the private health clinic.
• Complete specimen labelling and order forms accurately.
• Utilise IT tools to manage daily tasks efficiently.
