Job summary

You will line-manage a Development Officer, shape compelling proposals, and steward supporters to secure five and six-figure gifts in the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering high-value fundraising programmes.
• Ability to develop compelling donor proposals and stewardship communications.
• Track record of securing five- to six-figure gifts and managing donor portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Development Officer and wider team to achieve fundraising targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with major donors and organisations.
• Collaborate with the research and academic teams to translate impact into compelling cases for support.
