Philanthropy Data Officer
  • Location: London / Hybrid (option to work remotely for up to 60% of the work week)
  • Salary: £35,321 per annum, depending on proven experience

We now seek a Philanthropy Data Officer who will play a vital role in delivering transformational fundraising efforts for the University of London. As a confident CRM user, you will be a key member of the Philanthropy Operations team, providing data support for a wide range of functions across the Office, including events, communications, fundraising, donor insights and reporting.

About the role

In addition to day‑to‑day data requests, you will take on project work that helps refine and develop the systems and processes that underpin our success. Your work will directly empower colleagues, enhance donor engagement and inform decisions at the heart of a university‑wide campaign.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience with CRM systems, ideally Blackbaud products such as Raiser’s Edge or Enterprise BBCRM.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse and present data clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Detail‑focused, data‑literate, and motivated to improve systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels.
  • Curiosity and problem‑solving ability to transform data into meaningful insights.
