• Proven experience in synthesising polymers through education or work history.
• Experience in formulation and development of polymer-based products.

Responsibilities

• Develop formulations of new and existing polymer/emulsion products.
• Support synthesis and development of polymer-based products.
• Support process improvement of formulations.
• Assist in the scale-up of new products.
• Convert formulations into manufacturing instructions.
• Advising production teams on product adjustments.
• Complete production Quality Control as required.
