Job Summary

Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician, supporting Clinical Pharmacists within the Primary Care Network (PCN). This role involves delivering medicine management services, optimizing prescribing practices, and enhancing patient care in accordance with NHS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medicine Management: Assist with medicines optimization, carry out medicine switches, and review patient records in line with protocols.
