Job summary

Qualifications

  • Professional registration with GPhC required.
  • Completed CPPE.
  • Experience in primary care as a qualified pharmacy technician.
  • Clinical pharmacy knowledge and terminology essential.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy law, ethics, and legislation necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage medication requests and queries.
  • Assist practice admin team with medication queries.
  • Utilise GP practice clinical systems for prescribing audits.
  • Promote electronic repeat dispensing.
  • Contribute to improvements in prescribing processes.
