Job summary

Kingsway and Bramingham Medical Centre is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support medicines optimisation and safe prescribing across the partnership. You will assist with medicines reconciliation after hospital discharge and contribute to repeat prescribing processes, medication reviews and audits.
