Day Lewis Pharmacy in Brentwood is hiring a Pharmacy Dispenser/Technician for a full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm). The position offers induction training, development support, and a clear path toward a career in medicine and clinical care within a fast-paced, innovative pharmacy business.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, assisting both the dispensary and front counter, and becoming part of a small, dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within a pharmacy or retail environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to change.
• Willingness to undertake induction and pharmacy-related training.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring the dispensary delivers a superb level of customer service and operates effectively with regards to company policies and procedures.
• Assist on the front counter and be a great welcome and support to patients.
• You will be an integral part of a small, hard-working and compact team.
• Developing relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to ensure that we deliver the most effective and patient friendly customer service.
