Job summary

You will gain skills in dispensing, customer service, and pharmacy operations while working toward an integrated Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English are desired but not essential.
• Maths/English Level 2 or equivalent may be required and tested.

Responsibilities

• Managing, ordering, receiving and supplying medicines and pharmaceutical products safely and accurately
• Providing person-centred advice to patients on prescription and OTC medicines
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, including stock control and governance
• Supervising and supporting pharmacy support staff as you progress in the role
• Assisting with training and mentoring new members of staff
• Maintaining high standards through auditing and responding to feedback
