Job summary

Sensible Staffing is seeking an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACT) to join a Pharmaceutical Homecare company in Leighton Buzzard. You will perform final accuracy checks on homecare prescriptions and support the pharmacist with dispensing duties.

Working in the in-house dispensary, you will ensure safe, compliant dispensing and help maintain efficient workflows to service hospitals, pharmacies and patients.

Qualifications

• Final accuracy checking of homecare prescriptions.
• Technical dispensing support to the responsible pharmacist.
• Experience in an in-house dispensary environment

Job description

I am currently recruiting for an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACT) to work at a Pharmaceutical Homecare company based in Leighton Buzzard.

The company specialises in active temperature-controlled deliveries to hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers and medical care surgeries, as well as to end patients which it serves through its homecare business.

Working in their in-house dispensary, you will be required to provide accurate final checking on homecare prescriptions and provide technical dispensing assistance to the responsible pharmacist. A job description can be provided upon request.

This is a full-time permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
