Boots UK seeks a registered Pharmacy Technician to contribute to a fast-paced, highly regulated dispensing environment, supporting Boots stores nationwide and ensuring best outcomes for patients.
You will work with pharmacists and the DSP team to uphold governance, patient safety, and high-quality dispensing standards, while pursuing continuous improvement and adherence to SOPs. Training and development opportunities are available within Boots.
A typical day involves supporting the dispensing process for thousands of prescription items, working closely with colleagues to maintain service levels, handling store queries, ensuring prescriptions are processed accurately and efficiently, and helping to uphold the highest standards of patient safety, governance, and operational excellence.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a registered Pharmacy Technician to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, contributing to the delivery of pharmacy services on a national scale while supporting Boots stores and helping to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician with checking capability - however this is not essential as training will be given.
