We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Bure, a category C men's Prison located in Badersfield, Norwich.

In this role you’ll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed.

Hours

Monday - Friday: 07:30 - 17:30

Saturday - Sunday: 08:30 - 17:30

Salary

This position is full time, you will receive an annual salary up to £33,510 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job

As a Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • Assist with the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high-quality prison pharmaceutical service.
  • Work within the healthcare department and hold direct patient contact, which will be part of a comprehensive healthcare package, based on the prison services needs.
  • Deliver the highest standard of care to clients in line with National Guidelines.
