The Pharmacy Systems Governance team has a vacancy for a Pharmacy Systems Governance Specialist (L6) who will be supporting development of the latest technologies to safeguard professional accountabilities and deliver effective solutions, driving both efficiency and safety.
The role reports into the Pharmacy Systems Governance Manager, who works for the Head of Pharmacy Systems Governance within the Superintendent Pharmacist's Office.
The role is accountable for identifying and championing patient safety opportunities in newly developed pharmacy systems and prompting system development and process design to maximise outcomes. Maintaining and where necessary initiating risk register activity with the goal of reducing the likelihood and/or severity of patient safety incidents and keeping each up to date and on track.
