Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy Renfrew is seeking a Pharmacy Student to join as a Pharmacy Assistant in our branch. You will engage with customers, patients and healthcare professionals and assist in delivering pharmacy services as appropriate.

You will be studying towards an MPharm degree and must have experience in a customer-focused environment, respect confidentiality, and be able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Hours: 8 per week, Saturdays 9-6. This is a part-time role focused on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and data handling.
• Accurate handling of medicines.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Customer service training is desirable.

Rowlands Pharmacy are currently looking for a Pharmacy Student to work as a Pharmacy Assistant in the Renfrew branch.

You will participate in all branch processes and establish relationships with customers, patients as well as healthcare professionals. You will assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate. You will be an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy serving the community and interacting with customers on a day to day basis.
