A prominent NHS Trust in Cornwall is looking for a team supervisor for their pharmacy store. This role involves managing pharmacy staff, overseeing compliance with regulatory practices, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have relevant supervisory experience and a background in customer care, particularly in a pharmacy setting. This position offers a chance to work with a dedicated team and contribute to improving patient care. Flexible working arrangements may be discussed during the interview.
We have an exciting opportunity to work in our pharmacy store as a team supervisor. You will work alongside the pharmacy stores manager in our licensed pharmacy store.
The role involves managing the staff in the pharmacy store and to deputise for the Stores Manager. To undertake all pharmacy stores duties as required. To ensure all pharmacy activities within the store are compliant with Good Distribution Practice.
You will work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with the requirement to work some late shifts, bank holidays and weekend days on a rota.
