Overview

Pharmacy Stock Assistant

Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)

Location: Chepstow

Notes: Access to wages from 3-7 days after shift completion • Immediate Start • Holiday Pay

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and flexible individual to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday day shifts, within a small stock count team, counting for our Pharmacy Clients. In this role, you will accurately count stock for Retail & Asset Solutions in various high street Pharmacies. This work is essential to ensure pharmacies are fully stocked with the medications required for local Doctors and Hospitals. Training is provided on your first shift.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous stock, audit or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Be able to work Monday-Friday day shifts.
  • Professional manner and good communication skills.
  • Strong arithmetic, specifically multiplication skills.
  • Comfortable working with different levels of management.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across different regions for shifts.
  • Flexibility to work on a casual basis if required.
  • Commitment to showing interest in work and carrying out shifts.
  • Driving license (desirable).
Additional Details

Note: Work may involve prolonged standing, use of step stools and ladders, and handling stock in warehouses or large retail premises. You may need to reach stock at ground level and at high levels, which may require bending and stretching and occasional outdoor work. This role will involve unsociable hours, including early mornings or night shifts, and applicants must be 18 years or older.
