A leading NHS foundation trust in the United Kingdom is looking for a motivated Pharmacy Office Manager to provide administrative support within their Pharmacy Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, understand medical terminology, and be capable of delivering effective support to the Pharmacy team and management. This role is pivotal for ensuring smooth operations and requires strong communication and initiative skills.
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Pharmacy Department at Bedford Hospital as Pharmacy Office Manager.
This is a key role within the service and would be ideal for someone who enjoys contributing effectively within a busy team environment, works to a high standard, and can confidently use their own initiative.
To succeed in this position, you should have solid experience in general office management, ideally within the NHS, along with a good understanding of medical terminology.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Pharmacy team, act as the e‑Roster Manager, and offer direct support to the Chief Pharmacist and the Pharmacy Senior Management Team.
