A rural independent pharmacy in Wales is seeking a personable Pharmacist Manager to lead their team. The role involves delivering exceptional patient care, managing NHS services, and promoting career growth. The ideal candidate is a GPhC Registered Pharmacist with strong leadership skills and an ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from £52,000 to £60,000.
We’re working with a rural independent pharmacy based in a small knit community within Snowdonia national park.
Our client is seeking a personable Pharmacist Manager to join their team at their branch in a scenic historic town in Gwynedd (LL41). The pharmacy dispenses around 5,000 items per month and delivers various patient services for the community including common ailments, travel vaccines, weight loss services and more!
This is a permanent role, on a full‑time basis, working 45 hours per week (week 1 will be Monday to Friday (9am to 5:30pm), and week 2 will be Monday to Friday (9am to 6:30pm)). This is a fantastic opportunity to become an Independent Prescriber, supported by our client and funded by the Welsh government (2025 intake).
Excellent salary & Benefits: Salary ranges from £52,000 to £60,000 depending on experience, and you will also receive an excellent performance related bonus based on services.
