• Ensure the safe, effective, and economical use of medicines throughout the hospital
• Lead, manage, and develop the pharmacy team, including performance management and staff development
• Oversee medicines management, procurement, stock control, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with GPhC standards, hospital policies, and relevant legislation
• Support clinical governance, audits, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives
• Build strong relationships with consultants, clinicians, and senior management teams.

Pharmacy Manager Derby Hospital | Pharmacy | Permanent contract | Full time | Competitive Salary depending on skills and experience. 37.5 hours per week
