Job summary

Day Lewis Group in Hull is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant / Dispenser to join our busy community pharmacy on Newland Avenue. This 34-hour-per-week role offers a patient-focused service and a collaborative team environment.

You will dispense prescriptions, assist customers at the counter, and support the pharmacy team under the Pharmacist Manager. NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Services is essential, with a willingness to learn and develop.

Qualifications

• You’ll ideally have previous experience working in a pharmacy and dispensing prescriptions.
• NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Services qualification or equivalent is essential.

Responsibilities

• Help provide an efficient and friendly dispensing service
• Support patients and customers at the pharmacy counter
• Assist with the delivery of pharmacy services
• Build great relationships with patients and local healthcare professionals
• Help ensure the pharmacy follows company policies and procedures
• Work together with your colleagues to provide the best possible experience for our patients
