Job summary

Evolve Selection partners with a leading online pharmacy in Walsall to recruit a Pharmacy Dispenser. You will support daily operations, process prescriptions with accuracy, and ensure compliance with GPhC and safety policies.

This full-time role is Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, about 45 hours per week, handling around 30,000 items monthly. Competitive salary up to £29,700 DOE plus store discount, pension, and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in Pharmacy Services or equivalent.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting, distance selling or community.
• Strong attention to detail in processing prescriptions and orders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and compliant prescription processing with checks.
• Manage stock levels and WDA items per MHRA GDP standards.
• Collaborate with prescribers, colleagues, and Acre sites for smooth order processing.
• Drive continuous improvement through SOP reviews and corrective actions.
