Job summary

Tesco Tesco Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser to join a busy store team in the United Kingdom. You will dispense prescriptions with accuracy, advise customers on medicines and services, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible hours and a minimum commitment to 16 hours per week, with some locations offering additional payments. Availability windows include various shifts, and you will work with colleagues to deliver excellent customer care

Qualifications

Experience or qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
A desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field.
A passion for delivering great service and helping customers find the right products.

Responsibilities

Supporting the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.
Accurately dispense prescription medicines with strong attention to detail and customer care.
Providing friendly, confident advice to customers on medicines and pharmacy services.
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products responsibly.
Handle queries within competence and escalate when needed.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and compliance with SOPs.
Ensure all prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.
Support promotional activities and company initiatives.
