Job summary

Tesco Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Dispenser to support daily operation in our store. You will dispense medicines with care, advise customers on medicines and services, and ensure accurate prescription handling in a friendly, efficient environment.

We offer minimum 16 hours per week with shift windows and flexible hours. Experience in a Pharmacy setting is valued, and training and career development opportunities are available as part of Tesco's inclusive team.

Tesco Pharmacy Dispenser pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’s notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and reassured, having had a great experience at the Pharmacy counter.
