Tesco Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Dispenser in Buckingham. You will accurately dispense prescriptions, advise customers on medicines, and support daily store operations within a collaborative team.

The role offers flexibility, with hours scheduled in advance and a guaranteed minimum weekly commitment. Ideal candidates bring pharmacy experience, a customer‑first mindset, and a desire to grow in the pharmaceutical field.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
• A desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right products and solutions.
• The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and reassured, having had a great experience at the Pharmacy counter.
• The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you’re supporting them with over-the-counter product guidance, helping with prescription queries, or knowing when to refer them to the pharmacist for expert advice.
• A positive, team focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.

Tesco Pharmacy Dispenser pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
