Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in Luton is seeking a Healthcare Partner to join our team and deliver high-quality pharmacy services to our community.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent, plus an MCA qualification, with experience in a customer-focused environment and a strong understanding of confidentiality and accuracy in handling medications. 40-hour week, Monday to Saturday with defined shifts.

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.

Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
