Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in Leigh is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Partner to support branch operations and patient services. You will engage with customers and healthcare professionals, assist in delivering pharmacy services, and act as an ambassador for the Rowlands network within the local community.

The role requires an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) and an MCA qualification, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and proactive customer care.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all branch processes and pharmacy services.

• Maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality in handling medications.

  To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.

  Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
