Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a Healthcare Partner for our Ferring Branch, near Worthing. The role involves supporting branch processes, delivering pharmacy services, and building strong relationships with customers, patients and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate holds an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent and an MCA qualification. Experience in a customer-focused environment with strong confidentiality and accurate handling of medications is essential.

Qualifications

• MCA qualification required; evidence of qualifications will be requested.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all branch processes and deliver pharmacy services.
• Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services and act as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy.
• Represent the company and interact with the community on a daily basis.

Participating in all branch processes, Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals, Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services, Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis.

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.

Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
