We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated pharmacy dispenser to join our friendly team at Arundel Pharmacy. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent pharmaceutical services and patient care, working under the supervision of the responsible pharmacist.

Main Responsibilities
  • Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently in line with best practice
  • Process prescriptions in accordance with current quality, safety, and legal standards
  • Provide advice and support to patients regarding their medications (referring to the pharmacist where appropriate)
  • Produce repeat prescriptions using pharmacy clinical systems (Cegedim's Pharmacy Manager)
  • Maintain cost‑effective stock control and dispensary
  • Maintain a clean and tidy dispensary
  • Managing Monitored Dosage System Services
  • Handle prescription queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the telephone
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacists, the pharmacy team, and wider healthcare professionals

Essential
