Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in Bath is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Partner to support branch operations and patient care. You will participate in daily pharmacy processes, build strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals, and help deliver services that ensure safe, compassionate care.

The ideal candidate holds an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services with MCA qualification, plus customer-service experience.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.

Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
