Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy City Hospital branch in Aberdeen is seeking a Healthcare Partner to join a patient-focused team. The role is 12 hours per week with shifts: Mon 12pm-6pm, Thu 2pm-6pm, Sat 8:45am-12pm (alternate Saturdays).

You will participate in branch processes, support delivery of pharmacy services, and build strong relations with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in medication handling.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course.
• Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification is required.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment and handling medications accurately.

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.
Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
