Job summary

Tesco Pharmacy Counter Assistants play a key role in our stores, delivering friendly service and trusted health product guidance on the shop floor. You will help customers with healthcare needs, OTC products, and prescription questions while supporting a smooth pharmacy operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service to customers at the pharmacy counter.
• Support the Pharmacy and wider store with healthcare guidance and OTC product assistance.
• Address prescription queries and assist with customer questions in a professional manner.
• Contribute to great service, store performance, and teamwork across departments.
• Build rapport quickly so customers feel confident, supported, and reassured during their visit.
• Make the right customer-focused decisions and escalate to the pharmacist when needed.
