Job description

Little Waltham and Great Notley Surgeries has an opportunity for a counter assistant to join our busy pharmacy team at Brook Hill, working at the heart of our patient care service.

This is a part-time role for 10.25 hours per week working: Monday 9am 2pm, Wednesday 7.45am -1pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis. You will need to be flexible to cover for holidays and staff absence.

  • Greeting customers and patients coming into the pharmacy.
  • Taking in and handing out prescriptions.
  • Maintaining the shop floor.
  • Selling over the counter products and cashing up.
About us

We are a 2-site, friendly training practice with over 21,000 patients. You will be supported by our team of 14 doctors, 3 nurse practitioners, nurses, healthcare assistants, receptionist, and admin team.
