About the Role

• Weekend working is a requirement of the role.
• Demonstrate warmth, friendliness, and confidence when discussing personal health issues with customers.
• Accurately assemble and process prescriptions.
• Drive awareness of extra services (e.g., Prescription Collection Service, Medicines Use Reviews).
• Support the Pharmacist by delivering patient services and maintaining accurate records (e.g., blood pressure checks, stop smoking schemes).
• Adhere to strict Standard Operating Procedures.
• Collect prescriptions from doctors’ surgeries and bring them to the store for customer pickup.
