Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in Wrose, Bradford, is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Partner to join our team. The role involves supporting branch processes, engaging with customers and healthcare professionals, and assisting in delivering pharmacy services with a customer-first approach.

Ideal candidates will hold an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services and an MCA qualification, with prior experience in customer-focused roles and a strong commitment to confidentiality and accuracy in handling medications.

Qualifications

NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course.
Evidence of MCA qualification is required.
Experience in a customer-focused environment and strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Participate in all branch processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
Assist in delivering pharmacy services and act as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy within the community.
