In this varied role, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, supporting our pharmacists and delivering a first‑class service to the local community we're proud to look after.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team with the accurate dispensing and preparation of prescriptions
• Greet customers warmly and provide helpful advice on over-the-counter products
• Handle prescription intake, queries and collections in a professional manner
• Maintain stock levels, including ordering, receiving deliveries and rotating stock
• Keep the dispensary and retail areas clean, tidy and well organised
• Support the pharmacist with a range of pharmacy services and administrative tasks
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant standards, procedures and confidentiality requirements

What we're looking for

• A warm, approachable manner with excellent customer service skills
