Job summary

Skills4Pharmacy in Preston is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to support the day‑to‑day running of the pharmacy and assist customers with prescriptions. You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided.

This paid apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience, stock handling, and a chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification while working in a busy community pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.
• For applicants without Maths and English Level 2 or equivalent qualifications, employment will be offered on condition of completing initial Maths and English tests to determine suitability for the course.

• Assisting with the preparation and supply of prescriptions (under supervision)
