Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) is seeking a friendly Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice in Orpington to join a busy community pharmacy team. You will train full-time, earning while you learn and working towards a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship over about 15 months.

You will support day-to-day pharmacy operations, help customers, and gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting with full training and guidance provided.

Qualifications

• GCSEs A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English desired but not essential as training provided.
• Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship and blended learning.
• Training delivered alongside your job with full support.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Help prepare and supply prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.

Brief Description

BR6 0JB We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands‑on experience in a healthcare environment while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

About the role

As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the pharmacy, helping customers and working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient service.

You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided.

Key duties include:
