Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfil medication orders based on prescriptions received from doctors via the telemedicine platform.
• Pick, pack and label medications accurately according to prescription details.
• Prepare completed orders for delivery and ensure all items are correctly packed.
• Assist with receiving, organising and replenishing pharmaceutical stock.
• Perform stock counts and monitor batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Maintain proper storage and organisation of medications in the fulfilment area.
• Support general administrative and operational tasks related to medication fulfilment.
• Adhere to medication handling, safety and operational procedures.
