This role supports a pharmacist in the early years of their career or new to general practice to develop clinical and operational expertise across primary care and community pharmacy. As part of a multidisciplinary team of pharmacists, clinicians, technicians, and community pharmacy professionals, you\'ll help deliver safe, effective, and person-centred pharmaceutical care across general practice. You will be supported to develop skills in medicines optimisation and clinical consultation to ensure seamless patient care and continuity between settings.
Amicus Health is a thriving practice with five sites located in the picturesque Mid Devon area covering Clare House, Bampton, Witheridge, Morchard Bishop and Cheriton Fitzpaine surgeries. We deliver excellent primary care across Mid Devon thanks to our multidisciplinary clinical team of GPs, pharmacists, ANP\'s, paramedics, practice nurses, HCAs and a strong administrative function.
Despite our size, we maintain a strong team ethos with daily meetings, regular clinical team discussions and shared lunch breaks.
