A leading health provider is seeking a Pharmacist for their Outpatient Pharmacy at Cromwell Hospital. This permanent, full-time role involves delivering a comprehensive medication service and ensuring patients receive timely and accurate information about their medications. Candidates should be registered pharmacists with leadership experience and excellent communication skills. The Cromwell Hospital, our flagship private hospital in West London, delivers world‑class inpatient and outpatient care. With 180 beds, 6 theatres, advanced intensive care units, paediatrics, diagnostics, physiotherapy, and private GP services - it's a centre of excellence for complex care and innovation.

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist with excellent organisational and communications skills to provide a first‑class pharmacy service and work as a Responsible Pharmacist within our Outpatient Pharmacy.
The role will include providing a comprehensive, patient‑focused and responsive Outpatient Pharmacy service ensuring patients receive their medication in a timely, professional and efficient manner and that patients receive all the necessary information about their medication.
You will be skilled in communicating with all levels of clinical and healthcare staff in promoting the safe use of medicines.
